ROCA Mourns the Demise of Rabiul Parvez Shimul (CCR 4)

The Executive Committee and general members of the Rangpur Old Cadets' Association (ROCA) are in deep mourning following the sudden passing of fellow alumnus, Rabiul Parvez Shimul (CCR 4).

He breathed his last in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, while performing the holy pilgrimage of Hajj.

The ROCA community expresses its profound grief and extends its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. We pray to Almighty Allah to grant the departed soul the highest place in Jannatul Firdaus, and to give his family the strength and patience to bear this irreparable loss.
